At Recurly we love to check out our customer’s products and services for ourselves. One of the many services we’ve tried and LOVED is Barkbox.
I know you are out there- dog lovers who treat your pups like members of the family. They not only have beds, they have dishes and sweaters and at my house, even a seat at the table. When I responded to a support request from one of the Barkbox team members, I was so intrigued by the idea of a subscription based doggie gift service, I couldn’t get signed up fast enough.
Barkbox provides a monthly subscription of treats, toys, new gizmos, shampoos… you never really know what cool new items you will find when you open your box- that is part of the fun!
Our first Barkbox arrived mid month and after the perfunctory “bark and howl at the UPS guy for a solid 10 minutes” had died down, the boys and I (the boys are my 2 year old beagles, Hamilton and Winston) tore into the box (complete with paper grass for added enjoyment).
One of the things that I love about Barkbox is that a portion of the proceeds goes to help local rescues and shelters, so you can feel good about your purchases, knowing that your best friend gets some new treats and you are also helping out an animal in need.
