Happy Holidays From Recurly!
As we approach the end of the year and look forward to the next, Recurly would like to take this opportunity to send our customers, partners, and friends our best wishes for a happy, healthy, and productive 2020.
Recurly had another busy year, launching several new, innovative features, including gateway failover, shipping fees, and account hierarchy. New integrations include CardConnect and Amazon Pay Support for EU and UK.
We also released a new version of our API, version 3, which provides several important benefits that developers are already loving. Of course, we continued to publish new analytic studies by Recurly Research, all of which are available here.Â
And, we had the opportunity to highlight a few Recurly customers doing cool things with the subscription model: Cora and Tailor Brands. Do give their stories a read!Â
Over several months this summer, we were all-hands-on-deck helping our customers prepare for the PSD2 mandate. Although the deadline was eventually pushed back in most EU countries, the effort was illuminating for all involved and consistent with our mission of being a trusted partner to our customers’ success.Â
Finally, Recurly hosted our first (but not our last) Customer Advisory Board, in San Francisco. Our leadership team and Recurly team members met with some of our key merchants over two days to discuss how they use Recurly now and how they hope to be able to use the platform going forward. The feedback they provided was invaluable. The event also provided networking opportunities for our merchants to learn from each other and share best practices.Â
We’ve got a lot planned for 2020—and the future has never looked brighter for subscription success.Â
Keep up-to-date by visiting our website, following us on social media, and reading our blog.Â
Wishing you and yours a fantastic New Year.Â
Cheers, The Recurly TeamÂ
