Rachel heads the customer success and professional services teams, driving value across the customer lifecycle. Before Recurly, she served as Chief Customer Officer at Eptura, leading multiple customer-focused teams. Her career includes senior roles at LogicMonitor, Accruent, and Bazaarvoice, where she worked with global Fortune 100 clients and managed complex product suites.
On top of that, Rachel is a graduate of Vista Equity Partners’ High Potential Leadership Program and holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. Based in Austin, Texas, she enjoys family ski trips and watching her kids play lacrosse.
