At Recurly, we're always working behind the scenes to provide a better user experience for our merchants. Sometimes that comes in the form of a new product or feature release and other times, it comes in the form of a bug fix or an improvement to an existing product or feature. Sometimes, it simply means sprucing up a design aesthetic that's become a tad outdated. It’s been a long time coming and today, we’re happy to announce some upgrades to our existing HPP (Hosted Payment Pages).

What’s changed for HPP

Before the upgrade, Hosted Payment Pages could be configured with your company logo (PNG, JPG, or GIF; 256 KB maximum) and a custom background color. Now, you’ll notice that HPPs are fully responsive, and have new features including the ability to capture the shipping address of a subscriber, and the ability to pass a coupon code through to the HPP. These new HPP upgrades provide a better customer experience to your subscribers and make it more likely for them to convert.

How to make changes to your HPP

Each subscription plan has its own Hosted Payment Page. You can access the hosted page for each plan at :your_subdomain.recurly.com/subscribe/:plan_code (where :your_subdomain is your Recurly site and :plan_code the unique identifier created for this subscription plan). You can then select the new HPP.  To learn more, check out our HPP docs.
