Pricing Questions
Do these prices include the payment gateway fees?
No. You are responsible for your payment gateway and merchant account fees independently of Recurly.
How do I choose a pricing package or tier?
Recurly calculates your pricing for both models and automatically chooses the best price for you. There's no need to choose a plan or tier. You will automatically get the best price.
Is there an integration fee?
No. Recurly is free for signup and free to integrate. We only start charging once you start transacting in production with Recurly.
I use Authorize.Net. Do I need to pay $20/mo for their CIM?
Some other competing services require Authorize.Net's CIM. We do not.
My gateway has a recurring billing API, do I need to pay for that to use Recurly?
Nope. We are able to provide a more flexible billing product by not using your payment gateway's recurring payment API.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Recurly is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
