Pricing Questions
How long is the trial?
Try our service as long as you like without any obligations. You only pay when you're ready to start charging your customers with Recurly.
How much are credit card authorizations?
Recurly will charge for successful purchases and refunds. Recurly will not charge for authorizations or declined transactions.
Do I need a payment gateway and merchant account before signing up?
No! Sign up and we will help you get started.
I use Authorize.Net. Do I need to pay $20/mo for their CIM?
Some other competing services require Authorize.Net's CIM. You can save $20/mo because Recurly does not require CIM.
Do these prices include the payment gateway fees?
No. You are responsible for your payment gateway and merchant account fees independently of Recurly.
Do all plans provide the same level of access to advanced features?
Yes. All advanced features are available across every level of pricing.
My gateway has a recurring billing API, do I need to pay for that to use Recurly?
Nope. We are able to provide a more flexible billing product by not using your payment gateway's recurring payment API.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Recurly is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
