What else do I need to get fully set up with Recurly?
The only thing you need to process subscriptions with Recurly is a merchant bank account, If you already have a merchant bank account, it will most likely ‘plug right in’. If not, contact us.
Does Recurly support one-time payments as well?
Yes we do. In fact, once your customers have purchased from you, Recurly maintains a record of their account, and with permission, we can store credit cards for future purchases.
What if I don’t have a merchant bank account?
If your business is located in the United States, we can help. Contact us, and we will help set you up with merchant banks offering extremely competitive rates.
Does Recurly help my business with PCI Compliance?
Yes. Recurly is a PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant service provider. If you use our available tools, you can greatly reduce your PCI compliance costs and concerns, because you will not store or transmit credit cards through your systems.
Which other payment gateways are supported?
Recurly supports: Authorize.net, Beanstream, Braintree, Chase Paymentech, Cybersource, Litle & Co., PayPal Website Payments Pro, and PayPal PayFlow Pro products.
What happens to our card data if we leave Recurly?
Recurly supports the Data Portability Standard, which is a commitment to return customer credit card data to our merchant customers upon their request.
What if my business is located outside the U.S.?
Recurly supports SagePay and PayPal in the U.K. and Ireland, as well as Wirecard throughout the broader European Union.
Are the other gateways included in Recurly pricing?
No. If you would like to process payments through any one of our other supported payment gateways, you are required to have a separate agreement with your payment gateway provider.
