Prior to Recurly, Jemima served as the CHRO at Quorum Software, where she masterfully transformed and invigorated the culture of a global company, fostering a dynamic and cohesive environment. Before Quorum, she spent several years at Bazaarvoice, where she held several key leadership roles, and played a critical role in their talent and people strategy. Her extensive background in both startups and Fortune 500 companies uniquely positions her to help Recurly scale with a focus on its most valuable asset: its people.

When not working, Jemima is a global explorer at heart, often traveling to new countries and revisiting already loved ones with her family and friends. A native of the UK who moved to Miami after college, she now resides in Austin, where she embraces the city's outdoor beauty by doing yoga, cooking, gardening, and exploring the serene hill country and lakes. Her diverse life experiences and passion for different cultures fuel her approach to building and celebrating a collaborative workplace.
