Patrick brings more than 25 years of experience building, leading, and expanding customer-facing teams in high-velocity technology companies, including VMware, Zimbra, and OneLogin.

With a focus on innovation in support, account management, and service offerings, Patrick has a consistent track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction while building for scale and exceeding revenue goals. Patrick maintains his strong technical knowledge which he leverages to translate complex solutions and integrations into meaningful go-to-market strategies. As VP of Customer Success at OneLogin and at Zimbra, Patrick modernized customer offerings, standardized delivery practices, expanded internationally, and led customer teams to profitability. At VMware, Patrick was responsible for the Emerging Products application services business, providing dynamic leadership for onboarding acquired companies, evolving their service offerings, and aligning the business model into VMware practices.

Patrick grew up in Silicon (Santa Clara) Valley, where he started working with computers at the age of 13, and has been working with technology ever since. He earned his B.A. and M.A. in German Studies from UC Davis, with an emphasis on German Intellectual History, and is fluent in German.

Outside the office, Patrick seeks adventure through International travel, wilderness camping, hiking, and kayaking. As self-proclaimed ‘foodies,' Patrick and his family enjoy living in the San Francisco Bay Area and taking full advantage of its access to great food and wine.
